Welcome to Praevox. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services and website (praevox.com). By working with us or visiting our site, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services Provided
Praevox delivers strategic acquisition systems for founders and brands. This includes conversion funnels, email automation, performance ad copy, and growth architecture. All services are provided on a project or retainer basis, as agreed in writing.
2. Payments & Billing
Payment terms are outlined in your onboarding. Unless otherwise noted, all invoices are due upfront. No refunds will be issued once work has begun. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the deliverables for your business. We reserve the right to reference anonymized work in our portfolio unless a prior NDA is in place.
4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will never disclose your proprietary assets, internal data, or strategic materials to third parties without consent.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Praevox does not guarantee specific financial results or performance outcomes. All services are provided "as is" without warranties. You assume full responsibility for how our systems are implemented.
6. Termination Rights
We may suspend or terminate services if terms are violated, payment is not received, or abuse occurs. You may also cancel services with written notice, subject to our agreement terms.
